Refund & Return Policy

At Goorita TCG, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

* Item must be unused and in its original condition.
* Item must be in its original sealed packaging.
* Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For the protection of all customers, we cannot accept returns for:

* Opened booster packs
* Opened booster boxes
* Opened Elite Trainer Boxes
* Trading cards removed from sealed products
* Digital products
* Gift cards

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

* Your order number
* Photos of the package
* Photos of the damaged item

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.
